Members may be interested in reading the article published recently in the Sunday Telegraph recounting the tragic story of the four Anderson brothers who lost their lives during the Great War. Three of the men were Prestwick members.
Their father was W J Anderson, Captain of the Club in 1918, who presented the Victory Trophy in 1919 for the best aggregate nett score over the Spring and Autumn meetings.
